- What's the difference between the Single Page, 3-Page, and full Audit?
- The Single Page Audit checks one page you choose, the smallest commitment and a good starting point, at £350. The 3-Page Audit checks 3 pages you choose, a meaningful chunk of your site without full coverage, at £1,350. The full Audit covers the complete purchase journey, the option most businesses actually need, at £1,500. You can upgrade from any smaller tier to a larger one at any time.
- Can I book more than one audit for the same site?
- The Single Page Audit is a one-time starting point, so once you've used it, your next audit with us steps up to either the 3-Page or Full Audit, depending on how much of your site you want covered. The 3-Page and Full Audit can both be booked again for the same site whenever needed, for example after a redesign or a significant change to your purchase journey.
- How long does an audit take?
- 2 working days from booking to delivered report.
- Is a retest included?
- Not automatically. You can book a separate retest once your fixes are live, or get it free if you later move to Managed monitoring.
- What do I actually get?
- A detailed findings report covering both the automated scan and the manual testing, with severity ratings and clear fix guidance for each issue. That report is the full deliverable.
- What happens after I get the report?
- You'll receive your report by email, with a severity-rated findings list and clear next steps for each issue, written so a developer can act on it directly. If it would help, we're also happy to jump on a short call to walk through the findings together, entirely optional, just let us know when you receive your report.
- What if my site has more pages than the full Audit's standard scope?
- The full Audit's £1,500 fixed price covers your complete purchase journey: home, category, product, cart, and checkout (up to 5 unique templates). Larger or more complex sites (extra template types like a blog, account dashboard, or a second checkout flow) are quoted before booking at £150 per additional template, so there are no surprises once testing starts.
