Sites change constantly, and so does compliance. Monitoring keeps an automated eye on things; Managed adds manual re-checks and fixes what it finds, so you're not left with a report and no one actioning it.
This isn't an audit with a subscription tacked on. Monitoring maintains a continuously updated, dated EAA compliance record you can produce to a regulator, lawyer, or insurer, built from an automated re-scan every month and a report each quarter. A clean report is a pass, not a non-event. Managed goes further, real code fixes every year, not just a list of issues handed back to your team, plus a dated conformance record issued quarterly and on request, and faster response when something urgent turns up. What this is
Monitoring isn't a re-audit
A manual audit is a one-off, deep test of your site as it stands right now. Monitoring is different: it's an ongoing check that catches regressions, new barriers introduced by theme updates, new apps, seasonal changes, or a new product range, and on Managed, actually fixes what it finds instead of just reporting it. It doesn't replace the depth of a full manual audit; it exists so the gaps a full audit found don't quietly reopen, and don't sit there unfixed once they do.

Before you start
- Is monitoring the same as a re-audit?
- No. A full manual audit is a deep, one-off test of your whole site. Monitoring is ongoing: automated re-scans plus manual spot-checks that catch new issues introduced after the audit, not a repeat of the full audit itself.
- Do I need a full audit before I start Managed?
- No. Managed's first quarter includes a full baseline check of your site, the same depth as our standalone audit, so you can start directly without booking a separate audit first.
- Why a minimum term?
- Because that first quarter is priced the same as the rest of the year despite including a full baseline check, so the 12-month term is what makes it viable for us to offer real code fixes alongside monitoring at this price.
- What's the actual difference between Monitoring and Managed?
- Monitoring is automated only: a monthly re-scan and a quarterly report, with one conformance record a year. Managed adds quarterly manual re-checks and a capped block of fix hours, so issues actually get fixed, not just flagged.
- Why would I book a standalone audit instead of just starting a monitoring plan?
- If you want a one-off check with no ongoing commitment, our audits start from £350 with no minimum term. Monitoring or Managed suit you if you'd rather have ongoing checks, and with Managed, fixes handled, as your site changes, from £1,788/year or £3,588/year respectively, both on a 12-month term.
- What happens if I need more fix hours than my plan includes?
- Fix hours are use-it-or-lose-it and don't roll over between quarters or years. We proactively let you know when you're approaching your cap, well before any overage happens, so there are no surprises. Any work beyond the cap is billed at our standard rate, agreed with you in advance before we start it.
